It brings new meaning to the term “sex tape.”

A Miami Swim Week show is attracting attention after its models walked the runway wearing nothing but adhesive tape across their privates.

The steamy show, which took place on Saturday night, was the brainchild of Joel Alvarez, a designer dubbed “The King of Tape.”

Alvarez’s sticky swimsuits come from his Black Tape Project brand and left little to the imagination as the models strutted their stuff.

But while the designs may be skimpy, they’re also incredibly intricate, and it takes ages to get each model runway ready.

Chanel Rivera, one of the women who walked the show, revealed on Instagram that it took a team 12 hours to tape her body with Alvarez’s adhesive design.

No doubt it was a lot quicker for the model to take off the tape following her runway reveal, and Alvarez insists the removal process is pain-free.

The designer said he uses a special kind of adhesive that doesn’t hurt when it’s ripped off the skin.

On his website, Alvarez describes himself as “the world’s only body tape expert” and “the founder and pioneer of the Body Tape Art Genre.”

The designer sells his special tape online so that women can create their own steamy, sticky bikinis at home.

The tape — which retails for $14.99 — is said to be “completely nontoxic and does not leave any adhesive residue on the skin.”

Alvarez claims that it “typically takes about two rolls of tape to achieve a full bodysuit design.”

Alvarez’s unusual swimsuits have attracted global attention, with his work as an adhesive artist taking him to 42 countries.

Last year, he also put on a show at Miami Swim Week, which similarly made headlines across the country.
