BM2000 thermal double-sided tape is composed of acrylic polymer filled with heat conductive ceramic powder and silicone adhesive, has high thermal conductive and insulation properties, and it is flexible, compressible, adhesion, strong adhesive.Adapt to wide temperature range, can fill the surface irregularities, can be tightly attached heat source device and heat sink, make the device cooling.

Electronic appliances, LED lighting, hardware industry, printing industry and other manufacturing industry.
